BALFER is a mineral granulate obtained from the extraction and processing of rock composed of alumino-silicate minerals. It is used for both physical filtration and chemical adsorption of cationic components in water, through cation exchange between the <granules< and the aqueous medium. Thanks to the high purity of the material, BALFER offers long-lasting performance and is effective in treating water rich in iron, manganese, ammonium, and sodium.
