WHO WE ARE

WHAT IS BAL-CO GREENLINE?
Bal-Co GreenLine is the division of Bal-Co S.p.A. dedicated to agricultural products. Born from the parent company’s long-standing expertise in mineral processing, it focuses on creating solutions that respect the environment without compromising crop productivity.
Thanks to strict compliance with regulations governing products approved for organic farming, our catalogue supports agricultural enterprises that place sustainability at the core of their operations.

The mission of Bal-Co GreenLine is to provide rock mineral-based products that help farmers transition from conventional agriculture to more sustainable practices.
The selection and processing of raw materials take place entirely at our facility in Sassuolo. The use of advanced technology and the long-standing experience of our technicians ensure the high quality of the final product.
The development of the Bal-Co GreenLine range is the result of continuous research into targeted, effective, and innovative solutions tailored to the specific needs of today’s farmers.

OUR PROCESS
The Bal-Co GreenLine mineral processing cycle begins at the quarry, where material is selected according to a strict internal Quality Control Plan. This plan includes chemical, mineralogical, technological, and qualitative-quantitative analyses based on the Rietveld method.
Raw materials are selected and processed entirely in our own production plants. For this reason, Bal-Co GreenLine is the only Italian company that manages the entire mineral supply chain, from extraction to packaging.
Mineral processing demands consistently high quality standards. That’s why we have established an ISO 9001-certified laboratory equipped with sophisticated, specialized instruments that guarantee the excellence of the finished products.
Finally, our products are field-tested to deliver real-world solutions to farmers. To achieve this, we collaborate with leading experts such as Dr. Raffaele Mana and Prof. Elio Passaglia, as well as various institutions and universities.
